Returns Policy & cancellations.

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, as long as it is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
If the product packaging is opened, its value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used. The reduction in value from the opening of the packaging and the consequent classification of the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the company.
The company bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs to the products due to mistreatment by the transport company.
The method and costs of transport to our company as well as the possible insurance of the products are the choice and responsibility of the customer.

Your order can be canceled in the following cases:
If an online or telephone order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via the email form on the pc-sales.gr or call 211 0013770 and we will take care of canceling your order.
After receiving the product, call us at 211 0013770 or contact us via the email form on the pc-sales.gr. We will be happy to serve you immediately and inform you of all your options. Returns of damaged cartons are not accepted.
In all cases the product must be accompanied by the legal proof of purchase.
